Yes, with limited staff • Are you providing some establishment services during the state of emergency? Yes. We are conducting interviews over the phone, we are filing cases and serving by cert mail/alt service. PHC's are being handled over the phone. • Are you able to serve process during the state of emergency? Yes. Not personal service. We are sending papers out certified mail/ ALT service • What services are you not currently able to perform? Yes- We are not doing personal service, genetic testing or hearings.
